Congratulations to Kalo!
The HC has deliberated and decided to promote Kalo to the rank of Colonel. Kalo is now in the High Council. We have decided on this promotion for Kalo's time in the clan, activity, and contribution across multiple areas.
Also, it just happens to be his birthday on Monday! This is complete coincidence. I sort of promise.
